Dearest Krishen,

Just a line to introduce a very close friend of ours and art critic and urbanist specialist Andre Fermigier. Please reserve him your friendship. Martine and I miss you.

Dear Krishen,

Many many thanks for your lovely letter, lively and full of information. I share so much your point of view.

I am sorry Andre Fermigier and you missed each other. He is one of the most brilliant of our art critics. He is writing presently in Le Monde.

We see Jean and Krishna very often. But not since they came back from India, a few days ago.

As you know, I am mostly concentrating on drawings, though I still carry a camera. I am going to have an exhibition of drawings in March in New York, at the Ccarlton Gallery. Notthta I am trying to make a career, but I am changing tools! I will send you a catalog when I receive them.

I will be working in New York for three weeks or so starting beginning of March.

Martine is taking photographs, and excellent ones.

We have a daughter, two years and a half, named Mélanie, a tremendous joy.

Out of that the outcome in the present world is more than gloomy.

I miss seeing you and Renu.

It would be wonderful if your daughter would dance Bharat Natyam here.

I miss you.

Avec ma fidele amitze.

Henri
