Suresh Jayaram is a visual artist, art historian and curator. He taught art history at the College of Fine Arts,Karnataka Chitrakala Parishat where he also served as the dean. In 2003 he founded 1.Shanthiroad Studio/Gallery, Bangalore's preeminent space for arts and activism, as an extension of his home and life. He lives and works in Bangalore.
